Individually vets all notaries in the area to find the most qualified and highest trained notary in the area
Code of Conduct Contract must be signed (even for returning/preferred notaries) for each appointment and is shipped back with signed documents
Purple Notary Signings team reviews documents, creating personalized “cheat sheet” for notary to bring on the appointment for any documents that may cause questions or area of concern by Escrow/Loan team
Purple Notary Signings sets up virtual document reading prior to the appointment to review all documents and the cheat sheets.
24/7 help assistance: Team is on call 24/7 to assist notaries before/during, or after appointments to field questions from notaries and signers for a smooth signing
Quality Control: All appointments require scan backs for team to review and approve prior to notary being allowed to drop documents off for overnight shipping. If required, escrow/title team will be notified that scans are uploaded for their own internal review. IDs are always required, as well, for times when Lender asks for them after the fact
Secure platform: Our secure platform allows notaries to download documents , upload scan backs and IDs without fear that they will be opened by an unauthorized user. Once the appointment has been completed, the notary is unable to access the documents
Reviews: Both the team and the escrow/title staff have the ability to review, favorite, or block notaries allowing them to have input on how notaries are performing.
